Here is the same vid as above but I added the star wars theme song, so you don't hear me breathing. The screen-used vehicle is on long-term loan from Lucasfilm and is displayed hanging outside the planetarium. Maybe one day I'll figure out how edit these with music or something. The set includes both ANH and ESB front control panels as well as the targeting computer, which can be installed in a retracted or engaged position. This fall, a spacecraft from a galaxy far, far, away will go on display at the Museum in DC: a full-sized T-70 X-wing Starfighter flown by Poe Dameron (Oscar Isaac) in Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker (2019). Left side of Cockpit some of the pin striping got washed out with the flash. Here are a few more shots with some more added details. Still have a few more hoses to add to the rear, finish glazing and painting the exterior, some weathering on the inside, some lighting and a 12 button relay for sound. The cockpit and its bubble canopy give the pilot unobstructed forward and upward vision, and greatly improved vision over the side and to the rear. I can say that I'm almost done adding the details to the front of the cockpit.
I was able to do a little more work on the cockpit.
